I specialise in Word and PowerPoint templates, reports, proposals, manuals, presentations, document suites and complex document production.
But the job is rarely just making something look better.
I look at how the document will actually be used, who needs to work with it, how it fits with your other documents, and what needs to happen behind the scenes to make it reliable and practical.
That means assessing the problem, designing the right solution, building it properly, testing it with realistic content and making sure it works for the people who need to use it.
